Reservation regulations
- After making a reservation, you will receive a confirmation via email. Only reservations confirmed this way are considered valid.
- Your reservation will be held for 15 minutes; after this time, it will be automatically canceled. Please contact us if you anticipate a longer delay or need to cancel your reservation—this allows someone else to use the available table.
- Late arrivals do not extend the reservation time.
- The provided phone number and email address are used for processing the reservation and as a means of contact between restaurant staff and the Guest on the day of the reservation.
Group Reservations:
We have specific rules for group reservations to ensure smooth service and a pleasant experience for everyone:
- Menu: shortened or customized individually.
- The waiting time for dishes depends on the number of guests in the restaurant at that moment and the complexity of the ordered meals.
- Your group will be seated in one room, at one or several tables.
- Main courses will be served based on the tables where your group is seated.
- Please note that we do not split group bills.
- We add 10% service charge
- We do not organize stag or hen parties.
- Group reservations are confirmed individually by restaurant staff via email only.
