Reservation regulations

1. After making a reservation, you will receive a confirmation via email. Only reservations confirmed this way are considered valid.
2. Your reservation will be held for 15 minutes, after this time, it will be automatically canceled. Please contact us if you anticipate a longer delay or need to cancel your reservation—this allows someone else to use the available table.
3. Late arrivals do not extend the reservation time.
4. On weekends, tables are reserved for 2 hours. If you would like to extend this time, please let us know in your message when making the reservation.
5. The provided phone number and email address are used for processing the reservation and as a means of contact between restaurant staff and the Guest on the day of the reservation.
6. We do not organize stag or hen parties. Any inappropriate, aggressive, or disruptive behavior will result in immediate removal from the restaurant. We kindly ask all Guests to respect the Staff and other restaurant Guests.
7. The premises are monitored by CCTV for the safety of Guests and Staff.

Additional Reservation Guarantee

1. The restaurant reserves the right to require an additional reservation guarantee on selected dates.
   In such cases, the reservation system may request credit or debit card details as a guarantee.
2. The card will not be charged at the time of booking.
3. A charge 50pln per Guest will be applied only in the event of a no-show, meaning failure to appear at the restaurant without prior cancellation, in accordance with the reservation policy.

Group Reservations during the week

1. We have specific rules for group reservations to ensure smooth service and a pleasant experience for everyone:
   Menu – shortened or customized individually.
2. Your reservation will be held for 15 minutes; after this time, it will be automatically canceled. Please contact us if you anticipate a longer delay or need to cancel your reservation—this allows someone else to use the available table.
3. Late arrivals do not extend the reservation time.
4. The waiting time for dishes depends on the number of guests in the restaurant at that moment and the complexity of the ordered meals.
5. Your group will be seated in one room, at one or several tables.
6. Main courses will be served based on the tables where your group is seated.
7. Please note that we do not split group bills.
8. We add 10% service charge

   We kindly ask all Guests to respect the staff and other restaurant Guests.
10. Group reservations are confirmed individually by restaurant staff via email only.

Additional Weekend Group Reservation confirmation policy

1. The weekend policy applies to reservations on Fridays and Saturdays from 6:00 PM onwards. The restaurant reserves the right to change the hours and days on which the funds are blocked.
2. 2 hours before the reservation time, we require a final confirmation of attendance for the entire group. During this period, we will contact the Guest by phone and email.
3. Lack of response to our message or no phone contact will result in the automatic cancellation of the reservation.
4. On weekends, tables are reserved for 2.5 hours. If you would like to extend this time, please let us know in a message when making your reservation.
5. To secure your booking, a deposit of 50 PLN per person is required, payable by bank transfer, cash or credit. The reservation becomes active only once the payment has been received.
6. A deposit of 50 PLN per person applies to group reservations of 8 guests or more.
7. The deposit amount will be deducted from the bill or, at the Guest’s request, returned to the account.
