Reservation regulations

  1. After making a reservation, you will receive a confirmation via email. Only reservations confirmed this way are considered valid.
  2. Your reservation will be held for 15 minutes; after this time, it will be automatically canceled. Please contact us if you anticipate a longer delay or need to cancel your reservation—this allows someone else to use the available table.
  3. Late arrivals do not extend the reservation time.
  4. The provided phone number and email address are used for processing the reservation and as a means of contact between restaurant staff and the Guest on the day of the reservation.

Group Reservations:
We have specific rules for group reservations to ensure smooth service and a pleasant experience for everyone:

  1. Menu: shortened or customized individually.
  2. The waiting time for dishes depends on the number of guests in the restaurant at that moment and the complexity of the ordered meals.
  3. Your group will be seated in one room, at one or several tables.
  4. Main courses will be served based on the tables where your group is seated.
  5. Please note that we do not split group bills.
  6. We add 10% service charge
  7. We do not organize stag or hen parties.
  8. Group reservations are confirmed individually by restaurant staff via email only.
