Reservation regulations
- After making a reservation, you will receive a confirmation via email. Only reservations confirmed this way are considered valid.
- Your reservation will be held for 15 minutes, after this time, it will be automatically canceled. Please contact us if you anticipate a longer delay or need to cancel your reservation—this allows someone else to use the available table.
- Late arrivals do not extend the reservation time.
- On weekends, tables are reserved for 2 hours. If you would like to extend this time, please let us know in your message when making the reservation.
- The provided phone number and email address are used for processing the reservation and as a means of contact between restaurant staff and the Guest on the day of the reservation.
Group Reservations during the week
- We have specific rules for group reservations to ensure smooth service and a pleasant experience for everyone:
Menu – shortened or customized individually. - Your reservation will be held for 15 minutes; after this time, it will be automatically canceled. Please contact us if you anticipate a longer delay or need to cancel your reservation—this allows someone else to use the available table.
- Late arrivals do not extend the reservation time.
- The waiting time for dishes depends on the number of guests in the restaurant at that moment and the complexity of the ordered meals.
- Your group will be seated in one room, at one or several tables.
- Main courses will be served based on the tables where your group is seated.
- Please note that we do not split group bills.
- We add 10% service charge
- We do not organize stag or hen parties.
- Group reservations are confirmed individually by restaurant staff via email only.
Additional Weekend Group Reservation confirmation policy
- The weekend policy applies to reservations on Fridays and Saturdays from 6:00 PM onwards.
- 2 hours before the reservation time, we require a final confirmation of attendance for the entire group. During this period, we will contact the Guest by phone and email.
- Lack of response to our message or no phone contact will result in the automatic cancellation of the reservation.
- On weekends, tables are reserved for 2.5 hours. If you would like to extend this time, please let us know in a message when making your reservation.
- To secure your booking, a deposit of 50 PLN per person is required, payable by bank transfer, cash or credit. The reservation becomes active only once the payment has been received.
- A deposit of 50 PLN per person applies to group reservations of 8 guests or more.
- The deposit amount will be deducted from the bill or, at the Guest’s request, returned to the account.
