Reservation Regulations

  1. After making a reservation, the Guest will receive a confirmation via email and/or SMS. Only reservations confirmed in this way are considered valid.
  2. The reservation is held for 15 minutes from the scheduled time. After this period, it will be automatically canceled.
  3. In case of delay or cancellation, the Guest is obliged to contact the restaurant.
  4. Late arrivals do not extend the reservation time.
  5. On weekends, tables are reserved for 2 hours unless agreed otherwise.
  6. The restaurant does not organize stag or hen parties.
  7. The provided phone number and email address are used solely for reservation processing and contact on the day of the visit.

Guest Conduct & Alcohol Policy

  1. Any inappropriate, aggressive, or disruptive behavior constitutes grounds for refusal of further service, including alcohol, and may result in immediate removal from the premises.
  2. In accordance with applicable law, the restaurant is obliged to refuse the sale and service of alcohol to intoxicated persons.
  3. Guests are required to respect the Staff and other Guests at all times.

Liability for Damages

  1. Guests are fully liable for any damages caused on the premises by themselves or members of their party.
  2. The restaurant reserves the right to charge for damages and for excessive mess requiring professional cleaning (minimum 400 PLN). In the case of more significant damages, the cost will be assessed individually based on repair, replacement, or restoration invoices.

Group Responsibility

  1. The person making the reservation is fully responsible for the behavior of all participants and any damages caused by the group.

CCTV Monitoring

  1. The premises are monitored by CCTV for the safety of Guests and Staff.

Optional Tip

  1. An optional service charge of 10% may be added to the total bill.
  2. The service charge is discretionary and may be removed upon the Guest’s request.

Reservation Guarantee

  1. The restaurant reserves the right to require a reservation guarantee on selected dates.
  2. In such cases, the reservation system may require credit or debit card details.
  3. The Guest will receive an email and SMS with a request to provide card details.
  4. The card is not charged at the time of booking.
  5. A charge of 50 PLN per Guest will be applied only in the event of a no-show (failure to appear without prior cancellation).

Group Reservations (Weekdays)

  1. Group reservations are subject to individually agreed conditions with the restaurant.
  2. The restaurant reserves the right to offer a shortened or pre-arranged menu.
  3. Waiting time depends on the number of Guests and complexity of orders.
  4. The group will be seated in one room, at one or more tables, according to operational requirements.
  5. Main courses are served based on table layout and kitchen workflow.
  6. Split bills are not available for groups.
  7. A 10% service charge is added to group reservations.
  8. Group reservations are confirmed individually via email only.

Weekend Group Reservation Policy

  1. This policy applies to group reservations on selected high-demand dates, including weekends.
  2. Final confirmation is required 2 hours prior to the reservation time.
  3. The restaurant will attempt to contact the Guest via phone and email.
  4. Failure to confirm may result in automatic cancellation of the reservation.
  5. On weekends, tables for groups are reserved for 2.5 hours unless agreed otherwise.
  6. The reservation system may require a valid credit or debit card guarantee.
  7. The Guest will receive an email and SMS with a request to provide card details.
  8. Failure to provide the guarantee within the indicated time may result in cancellation of the reservation.
  9. The card is not charged at the time of booking.
  10. A charge of 50 PLN per Guest applies in case of no-show.
  11. The restaurant reserves the right to refuse or modify group reservations that may disrupt service operations.
  12. These conditions apply to groups of 5 Guests or more.

Promotions

  1. Promotions do not apply to the lunch offer.
  2. Promotions cannot be combined with other offers or discounts.
  3. Promotions available through TheFork apply to food items only and exclude beverages.
  4. The availability and value of promotions depend on time slots shown during the reservation process.
