Head Chef of Mucca Steakhouse – Jarosław Sitko
Head Chef Jarosław Sitko gained his experience in some of the best restaurants in Kraków and during an internship at the renowned Aruana restaurant, where he honed his skills under the guidance of Witek Iwański. After completing his internship, he became a permanent member of the Aruana team, further developing his expertise in fine dining. He had the opportunity to work with some of Poland’s top chefs, including Przemysław Sieradzki (Giewont), Grzegorz Bucki (Amarylis), Jakub Kojder (Bufet), Marek Waligórski (Moo Moo Steak Restaurants), and Oskar Zasuń (Słodkości by Oskar Zasuń). In recent years, he has specialized in steakhouses, working as Shift Chef at Moo Moo Steak & Burger Club and later as Head Chef at Moo Moo Steak & Wine.
Currently, he leads the team at Mucca Steakhouse, where he combines high-quality Polish ingredients with flavors from around the world. At Mucca, the focus is on quality and uniqueness, offering carefully selected premium beef steaks, including rare and unconventional cuts. We are not afraid to experiment, but always with respect for the animals and the meat that reaches our grill. We strive to use every part of the beef, delivering creative and characterful dishes that will satisfy both steak connoisseurs and guests looking for new culinary experiences.
