Instructions for grilling Padrón peppers

Toss the peppers in olive oil.
Season with salt and freshly ground pepper.
Grill on a barbecue or fry in a very hot skillet for a few minutes, until the skin is slightly charred and browned.
Remove from the grill or skillet.
Serve with garlic aioli.
