Instructions for grilling Padrón peppers
- Toss the peppers in olive oil.
- Season with salt and freshly ground pepper.
- Grill on a barbecue or fry in a very hot skillet for a few minutes, until the skin is slightly charred and browned.
- Remove from the grill or skillet.
- Serve with garlic aioli.
