Mucca Beef Burger – a blend of four exceptional cuts

Our burger isn’t just ordinary ground beef. We use four carefully selected cuts to prepare it: tenderloin, picanha, flat iron, and fat from Japanese Wagyu. Each contributes something different—the tenderloin provides pure tenderness, the picanha adds depth of flavor, the flat iron brings a distinct character, and the Wagyu fat offers creamy juiciness and a hint of umami that can’t be achieved any other way.

The result? A burger with a unique texture that stays juicy while cooking and smells like a real premium steak on the plate—because, in fact, that’s exactly what it is.

Cooked on a very hot cast-iron skillet, with a distinct crust on the outside and a pink center inside. That’s exactly what a good burger should look like.

Burger preparation instructions
